It is not tested with the other M1 casting from other brands, if you want the base to fit that casting please send me the dimensions indicated here: https://imgur.com/5T6mb2L As for why I theme this with a WRC logo on it, this specific livery was ran as a Group B rally car back then: https://rallygroupbshrine.org/the-group-b-cars/rally-cars/bmw-m1-rally/ The display base is separated into 2 parts for easy printing and colour swap. The parts are: 1) Base -BaseBuild.STL 2) Base back wall: -BoxBackBuild.STL Print Settings ==================== Nozzle size = 0.3 mm (0.4 should be printable but smaller better) Layer height = 0.2 mm Filament change layer for colours on "BaseBuild.STL": 1) Start (Line gaps colour, mine is in white) 2) Layer 16 (Overall base colour, mine is in red) 3) Layer 26 (WRC logo background, mine is in black) 4) Layer 31 (WRC logo colour, mine is in white) Filament change layer for colours on "BoxBackBuild.STL": 1) Start (Line gaps colour, mine is in white) 2) Layer 5 Overall base colour, mine is in red) 3) Layer 8 (Overall lettering and logo background colour, mine is in black) 4) Layer 13 (:"BMW" and "M1" lettering colour, mine is in white) 5) Layer 18 (M stripe colour, mine is in blue) Assembly ==================== The car is tied by wires through the hole in the base Back plate should slide in nicely into the display base. For the blue quadrants on the BMW logo, I printed it in white then painted it with gundam pen. The darker blue line in the M logo is also painted it by gundam pen.
