Hot Wire Foam Cutter (Remix using 1/4 all-thread)

thingiverse

This is a remix of Elite_Worm's Hot Wire Foam Cutter to use 1/4 inch all-thread in place of the 8mm tube. The all-thread is much easier to find in the US. Only one part is different from the original design (part B), so get the rest of the STLs from there. Print my part and screw it to the table using 6x M3x16 SHCS. Bend the threaded rod as needed, and then screw it into the plastic. I then ran a wire up along side the rod and then covered everything with heat shrink tubing for a more finished look. Original design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4670285 Link to the threaded rod I used: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-4-in-x-24-in-Zinc-Threaded-Rod-802147/204274009 You'll also want some 1/4" nuts and washers, and possibly a 1/4" ring terminal.
