Hotend platform for Richrap's 3DR and E3D-v6 head

I successfully attached the fan which came with the E3D hotend, despite initial challenges caused by a lack of space, but that required reworking my Richrap's original hotend mount and micro platform combo setup. The new configuration includes 6 mounting holes evenly spaced 2cm apart from one another. Although this adaptation can be easily used for J-head or other hotends, doing so will likely necessitate a reduction in the available Z height.
