I printed this on a CEL robox using straight forward ABS, being a Robox, all the options were automatically configured when it read the EEPROM on the material spool and I chose not to change the default settings as it printed perfectly. For the blank plug, I used support but it really shouldn't be that necessary. As the blank has a such a large and flat base, if made from ABS it's likely to be troublesome if your printer is that way inclined. I have in the past broken up such large surfaces with a 1mm semicircle in a spiders web kind of pattern, this way if one or more individual sections lift it doesn't spread across the whole part and break loose. I made a replacement panel for a window in my conservatory and I put a tumble dryer vent in it. I then made a second hose end and an adaptor to go on the tumble dryer vent in the window. This way I can use the hose either way around. The blank plug is to go in the window vent, it features a flap valve to stop wind blowing in, however it doesn't stop warm air from the house blowing out (old house, air bricks, vented floors etc) - obviously the way I've designed it, allows you to put this blank in your tumble dryer, this would likely cause a fire, dont do it.......
