Hotwheels Mercedes 300SEL 6.8 AMG Display Base (24 hours of Spa Francorchamps 1971)

<p>This is a remake of my first display base released with a new design style. I have also included a 1971 accurate Spa Francorchamps track map, my previous Spa Francorchamps track map was using the modern track map.</p><p>The display base should fit with any other Mercedes 300 SEL that Hotwheels released using the same casting.</p><p>If you wish to have a display base tweaked to fit to a different brand Mercedes 300SEL, please send me these dimension for the display base holes: <a href="https://imgur.com/5T6mb2L">https://imgur.com/5T6mb2L</a></p><p>The display base is separated into 2 parts for easy printing and colour swap. The parts are:</p><p>1) Base (BaseBuild.STL)</p><p>2) Track Map (Spa1971.STL)</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p>Nozzle size = 0.3 mm (minimum, smaller better)<br>Layer height = 0.2 mm</p><p>Filament change layer for colours on "BoxBuild":<br>1) Start (Base colour, mine is in black )<br>2) Layer 26 (Driver names and car race result lettering colours, mine is in white)<br>3) Layer 31 (24 hours of Spa logo colour, mine is in blue)</p><h3>Assembly</h3><p>The car is tied by wires through the hole in the base</p><p>The track map should fit into the hole on the base nicely, recommended to have some double sided tape to secure it.</p><h3>Others</h3><p>Feel free to send me any feedback on how to improve the design.
