The site measures 151 feet x 43 feet wide, including grass, road, concrete, siding, metal panel, shingles, and wood elements. Brown trim and door colors can be easily changed to any color. Modeled in 3ds Max 2015 with Vray rendering and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). It's set to the 0,0,0 axis, with all house and site objects grouped for easy scene movement. Glass is reflective, while light fixtures and an HVAC unit are included. The address can be changed in 3ds Max. Textures are provided in the Zip file, but may require relinking.
