A realistic 3D model of a house, scaled to real-world dimensions in feet/inches, consists of seven separated objects. The native file format is 3ds Max 2009 and utilizes layers for organization. There are no interior walls, just basic outer walls. Objects within the same category are grouped together for ease of selection. The model features 15,316 polygons and 17,521 vertices. It includes five textures set up in both V-Ray and Scanline versions, all of which are diffuse maps with UVW mapping applied. Materials are contained within a single Multi Sub-Object, with preview renders available only in the 3ds Max 2009 version. The model is exported from the default 3ds Max version, excluding light setup.
