House of Tucumán, Argentinean Independence

Work done for the contest #independence3d organized by Printalot. This work was the winner of the Free category. The work is simply about the central facade of the Tucumán house in which I have altered and maximized those features that remained in my memory since I was a child. I tried to respect as much as possible each shape of the facade and its moldings. I have also added as a base the Republic of Argentina with a system of fitting with a gap of 0.15mm to each edge (0.30mm total in X and Y) so as not to have to work later. I also added the flags with a gap of 0,15mm (with a smaller tolerance for size) and the flagpoles were added as separate pieces (these must be glued). About the Print mode: I presented the pieces in the X and Y plane in the position I think is most convenient. The house is presented lying down to prevent the overhangs from falling and thus not using support. It should be taken into account that with a very low layer height, better definitions can be achieved in the shield (since its reliefs are very subtle). The flags must be printed with great care (they are the most complex pieces) I have oriented them in two different printing positions, the ones I considered more convenient (that each one I choose), supports can be used, although it would be fantastic to be able to achieve it without them, I think it is possible! Another very important thing about the job is that it was designed to be printed on printers that have at least a 220x220mm working area, the job can be scaled to plus+ without inconvenience, but scaling it to minus- can generate problems in the printing of the flag and its attachment (because of its wall thickness), to scale it to minus- you would have to change the extruder nozzle to a smaller one (less than 0.4). We also added the work divided in halves for those who have smaller printers. I haven't added the bars because of time constraints, I'm a little frustrated about that. On the other hand I thought that when it comes to independence, to becoming independent, it's actually not bad that I didn't do it. www.instagram.com/saginau3d/
