This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 14 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Standard plan, just rotated the laundry room 90 degrees and added a coat closet at the entry and remodeled the master bath. This plan has a 2-car garage and flex room. There are handicapped ramps at all exterior doors and the garage door, wheelchair access in the master bath and and optional rail system in the master bedroom for access to the bathroom. Just hit play on the animations to view the house. Rate and comm- DANG IT1 NO COMMENTS ANY MORE!! Well, at least there is a larger file space.
