Housing for DIY vactrol

Housing for DIY vactrol

Currently I'm trying to build a DIY Synth and some modules require for the control voltage a vactrol which is simply a LED and a LDR (Light Dependent Resistor).

Most of the time you see people using a shrinking tube oder just tape to get these two together but I thought I wanna print something. So here it is. A 3D printed housing.

The LDR goes into the tube and the LED into the outer part. After that you can slide the tube into the housing.

With PLA it's a little bit lose but it makes space for a drop of super glue. With PETG it just fits perfectly.
