Housing for KOSS KPH30i drivers and Headband attachment

I damaged my KOSS KPH30i and wanted to reuse the still working drivers. I designed several driver housings and headband attachments. On this occasion I installed a mmcx connector to my Headphone. On my testings PETG was the best material I used. It's bendable and doesnt scatter. Besides the files I'm offering you will need two more models to complete the assembly (both linked in the Remixed-from-Section): * Replacement KPH30i Comfort Strap by Fukurami-san * Koss KPH30i replacement headband by r15ch13 I fixated the MMCX connectors to the housing with UV-hardened resin. I completely redesigned the ball joint. Files and their purposes: * Driver Housing Dome Cable = A complete all in one driver housing for drivers with original cable attached. > supports for printing are needed * Driver Housing Dome MMCX = A complete all in one driver housing for drives with MMCX connectors. > supports for printing are needed * Supportfree Driver Housing Cable = A three part design for drivers with original cable attached. > part 1 * Supportfree Driver Housing MMCX = A three part design for drivers with MMCX connector. > part 1 * Supportfree Driver Housing Bottom Ring for Ear Pads = The lower part of the supportfree driver housing. Glue it underneath the Supportfree Driver Housing after you inserted the driver. > part 2 * Supportfree Driver Housing Mount = The mount on top of the supportfree driver housing. Glue it in the slot at the top end of the Supportfree Driver Housing. > part 3 * Headband Left and Headband Right = The headband attachments. Both need to be heated and bend in the angle of the Koss KPH30i replacement headband by r15ch13. There is a bending helper added for download to achieve the right angle.
