I accidentally bought a micro sd to micro sd extension cable rather than a micro sd to sd cable. This mod is the best design I've seen for a cable housing, so I pulled the file into Tinkercad and modified it to work with my cable. Mine snapped in perfectly and sits flush, the end of my extension cable measured the following dimensions- 1.295 x 0.980 x 0.280 inches or 32.9 x 24.9 x 7.11 mm. Maybe that will save you from printing it if yours is sized differently. I printed this upright at .28 layers, 3 walls, 25% infill, with no supports and it came out beautifully.
