This bracket was designed for the [KIT-HGDRONEK66](https://www.nxp.com/applications/solutions/industrial/aerospace-and-mobile-robotics/uavs-drones-and-rovers/nxp-hovergames-drone-kit-including-rddrone-fmuk66-and-peripherals:KIT-HGDRONEK66), which is based on the _LJI X4 500_ quadcopter frame. It was built as part of the [Guardian Angel](https://www.hackster.io/sjvincent/guardian-angel-90dd83) submission for the [HoverGames Challenge 1: Fight Fire with Flyers](https://www.hackster.io/contests/hovergames) challenge. The purpose of this bracket is to allow for neat mounting of the ESCs onto the drone's bottom plate (see 3rd image), secured only by cable ties (and no double sided tape). Using the standard arm mounts that come with the LJI X4 500 kit, a cable tie securing the ESCs in this orientation would interfere with the arm mount. Thus an arm mount with a notch to accept a cable tie was designed. This design has assumed 3.6mm x 150mm cable ties, however the cable tie notch can be adjusted in the Customizer. Print two arm mounts with the cable tie notch on the left and two arm mounts with the cable tie notch on the right. If you need any spare arm mounts to replace the ones that came with the LJI X4 500 kit, print the arm mount without any notches.
