How to calibrate laser Z height 1. send laser head to home by G28 instruction, put A4 sheet on table 2. turn laser ON (in my case M42 P44 S255) 3. send laser head to X=180, Y=180, Z=45mm (in my case maximum Z height=45 mm), may be you need to increase or decrease moving speed 4. turn laser OFF (may be here you should go to Z=0 height to make second burn point 5. measure distance between begin and end of burned line 6. calculate optimum Z height as described on the picture
