Probe tip with adjustable spacing for the HP/Agilent 1141A differential probe. The pin holders might be a bit tight fit on the probe, adjust by rolling up some sandpaper and sand down to a nice friction fit. You want some friction so the pins don't move when measuring. The pins should be 0.76mm (0.03") in diameter where inserted into the probe. In the pictures, normal pin headers are used, and the part that inserts into the probe is rounded down to correct diameter. The pins are secured to the holders with CA glue. DO NOT glue when attached to the 1141A. First check proper fit, then lift the pin a bit and swing to the side, carefully add a little CA glue in the grove, and press the pin in place. For proper pin alignment with the 1141A, just bend the pin after the glue has set. Two types of pin holders are available. the smallest will be easier to print, but the other give extra support to the pin, as well as some insulation to reduce risk of short circuits when probing. The housing part is not strictly necessary, but give some extra support, and make it look more as a complete product. 15.09.2023, added a new pin holder for 1mm pogo-pins. You can find these pins at aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesale-Pogo%2525252d-Pin-1.02mm-15.85mm.html This probe pin set can be adjusted between 3mm to 20mm spacing. 17.09.2023, Updated Pinholder-C, to V2. This extends the pin a little, so by removing a bit of the plastic, where the pins meet, you can get a minimum pin distance of 2mm. Remove by using your preferred tool, file, sand paper or scalpel (knife). Reason for not making the model slimmer, was I had problem printing it.
