My HP Omen 2020 gaming laptop has an external power brick that gets dangerously hot. From what I've read and understand from HP this is normal. It can get above 125 degrees fahrenheit, which could burn to the touch. I created this no supports snap-on case that uses a regular 60mm x 25mm AC fan and a power split to power it near the brick. You'll need to reorient the top to print it without supports. There are two versions, one with a switch, one without. I'm working on a thermostat driven one and I'll upload it later. You can see in the pics that when I used a thermal filament, with the fan off it gets blistering hot. With the fan running, cool as a cucumber. The fan I used is 120v AC and can be grabbed here: (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SB5K555/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) The power Y (which splits from the C13 to regular AC) is here: (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XYPK7R2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) The switch that fits into the top is here: (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MV56LKS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) Lastly, the blade connectors for the power I used with a crimping tool are here: (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VF66PX6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
