I wanted to attach my [HP Stylus Pen](https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07L28HCCF/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1638&creative=6742&creativeASIN=B07L28HCCF&linkCode=as2&tag=kubawolanin-21&linkId=c593fda970c4d42d2fc49e22feafcf2a) to my cheap monitor arm (with 34mm diameter). My design is freely available on Tinkercad so you can adapt it to your needs: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5z0mDIKQkJ7/ Note that it's a bit brittle (only 3 mm of thickness, not ideal) so you may want to play around with this.
