A friend of mine has a HPI RTR 3 EVO. It has a two stage automatic gear shift but I have never understood how it works. After looking at the manual I still did not fully understand the mechanism so I took it apart. I was very impressed with the functionality and simplicity so I decided to model it in 3D.
