This is a HS1177 camera mount designed for the TSX250 and TSX220 quadcopter frames. It has the addition of an angled block so it fixes the FPV camera at an angle and avoids it dropping down on heavy landings. It's available in 15-45 degrees. The mount is made to fit a HS1177 camera, other may fit and of course it's not specific to the TSX frames, it could be fitted to any frame.
