this is an advanced version of "HST double bolt bowden extruder" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:437949) now with access to clean bolts and one central screw for tensioning. This bowden extruder is quite big, but it transports the filament very well without any problems during a long period of time. Parts: 2x Hobbed Bolt: diameter = 8mm, length = 24 mm 2x Bearing 608zz 4x Bearing 688 2x M8 Hexaon Head Screw length = 50 mm 2x M8 Nut 4x Washer (diam-int = 8,4 mm / diam-ext = 16 mm) 4x Washer (diam-int ~ 8,4 mm / diam-ext ~ 12 mm) assembled in direct contact to bearings 688 1x M4 Screw length = 30 mm 1x M4 Nut ~ 100mm ptfe tube 4/2 (for 1.75 filament, for 3mm filament no need) Update v4 rev1: clamp updated, better printable, stronger, lighter (less material) Update v4 rev2: slot for M4 Nut to fix PTFE-bowden (diam. 4mm) Update v4 rev3: channel for PTFE.tube to disassemble quickly with nut M4 downholder for PTFE-tube added to lever-modell
