HTC Vive 43mm prescription eyeglass lens adapter

I made this adapter after popular [VRProtect](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1639833) didn't work out for me. This one uses the same round 43mm lens purchased with [these](http://www.zennioptical.com/550021-metal-alloy-full-rim-frame-with-spring-hinges.html) eyeglasses. 43mm lens snaps firmly into the adapter which then slides over stock Vive lens with a bit of friction. This is a more single user setup than VRProtect as it's not so quick to remove/install. If you have astigmatism make sure to keep "up" orientation of lenses when installing. I think it's important, but someone with more knowledge please comment. It keeps my lenses (-2.25) about 1mm away from vive lenses. With stock face gasket it allows to use vive at closest distace without touching my face. Printed with PLA without supports on CR-10.
