HTD 3M Pulleys for Stepper and CNC

Two 32 teeth pulleys for 12mm HTD 3M (3mm) timing belt. The pulleys has the hard to find HTD profile and have god grib with timing belt. One pulley is for the stepper motor 8mm shaft and the other pulley is for the 10mm key indexed mill shaft. The pulleys is used for driving the Y axis on my Opti BF20 mill (Grizzly G0704). Instructions Print in ABS or similair. 4-5 solid layers, 3 perimeters and 50% infill to prevent deformation. 1) Print the two pulleys. 2) To fit the 8mm stepper pulley use a sharp 8mm drill or reamer. 3) Use two M3 12mm screws and nuts for shaft mounting. 4) Surface can optionally be smoothed with acetone. Fits standard HTD 3M 12 mm timing belt. I found some low prised belts on eBay used in E-Scooter (3M-384-12, search for Drive Belt 3m 12). I can upload the STEP files on request (Parts created in Autocad Inventor).
