Hubsan H501S Propeller Guard

Propeller Guards for Hubsan H501S. I printed the guards out of ABS. I tried Nylon, but it is too flexible. I'd like to find a plastic which is more durable, crack resistant, and has some flexibility. I have not weighed the final product and more material may need to be removed. Installation requires forcing them in place around the motor housing in order to get the retainer portion into the recess of the LED light housing underneath. Afterwards, a small zip tie holds these in place on the arm. The picture shows one of them in ABS without post processing.
