Hubsan X4 Race Chassis (v2)

English: Inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:636591 I created my own race-chassis for the hubsan X4 (first generation, with only 2 LEDs) with 7mm motors. The chassis, printed in PLA, weights ~8.5gr, what is nearly the same weight than the original chassis. With a stripped Keycam (http://www.chucklohr.com/808/index.shtml) and a 380mAh-battery, the complete copter is about pretty good flying 43gr. v2-Changes: After a few flights and crashes, I decided to do some minor changes, to add more stability. Also I tried to keep the weight. The v2 has strenghten connections between the arms and the body. German: Als ich http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:636591 gesehen hatte hab ich ein ähnliches Race-Chassis für den alten Hubsan X4 (der ohne LEDs in den Auslegern) mit 7mm Motoren entworfen. Das Chassis wiegt aus PLA gerade einmal 8,5 Gramm, etwa genau so viel wie das originale Gehäuse. Mit einer billigen China-Keycam (http://www.chucklohr.com/808/index.shtml) und einem 380mAh Akku wiegt der Copter fulgfertig ca 43 Gramm. Damit lässt er sich noch toll fliegen. v2-Änderungen: Nach einigen Flügen und Abstürzen entschied ich mich, den Rahmen noch etwas zu verstärken, ohne das Gewicht zu sehr zu erhöhen. V2 hat nun stärkere Verbindungen vom Mittelteil zu den Auslegern.
