Hudl 2 charging dock

Hudl 2 charging dock

thingiverse

This is a dock for a hudl 2. The tablet sits in it in the portrait orientation as the usb socket is then on the bottom of it. You can use the original usb cable that came with it and put it in the hole so that the hudl will charge when placed in the dock. Instructions Just printed at 0.4 layer height in simple PLA. 40% infill. I deliberately made the measurements a bit slack to take into account different printer tolerances. If you want to tighten them up, I've supplied the openscad file. The usb cable in particular could maybe be a bit tighter. However, I would recommend you glue one in there anyway otherwise the cable will probably break. I've found the original micro usb (that came with the hudl 2) is quite a tight fit into the tablet.
