Using an excellent model provided by RealAbsurdity, I massaged everything- except the nozzle section- until it would spiralize smoothly in Cura. I printed the nozzle section at 10% infill. It prints well at 60mm/s with three bottom layers and a 3mm brim around the sections. Assembles to an impressive ~1.1m height. Final assembly uses superglue to weld the sections together.
