HulkBuster Split

HulkBuster Split

This is just a split version of 3DWP's Hulkbuster for printing in two pieces. It was edited in Tinkercad, and is not perfect (there are a few stray bits of free-hanging mesh from where I cut the model in two using negative rectangular solids; these shouldn't be too big a deal hopefully). The legs will probably come out better if they are mirrored on the z-axis. I printed the chest with supports, and flipped the legs so that the feet were touching the build plate, and these might come out fine if printed without supports. Enjoy! Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: depends on preference Infill: Doesn't matter Notes: Using a smaller distance between the print and the support structure, especially in the X and Y axes, will improve the results of the print (aka, the support structure will actually touch the print and support it the whole way up, preventing it from toppling during the first few layers). A distance of 0.7 mm worked great for me. In Cura (Lulzbot edition), these settings can be found by clicking the little button (with three dots on it) next to the drop-down menu for Support type. Change the Distance X/Y (mm) to 0.7.
