For those who own these extremely expensive chairs, and realized the manufacturer will not provide replacement parts, the sting will last a long time. I have had to resort to making my own replacement parts and this is one that I thought some day might save someone a ton of grief to design. If you are lucky, just the mount itself failed. If the limit switch was destroyed as well, the part number is SS-01GL13 (no E or F) with a simulated roller lever. I made many revisions and tests so that the limit switch is tight to the housing and fit the internal posts exactly. So, expect to have to tap the switch into the housing to seat. If it's very tight or loose, you might have to scale slightly. I included a photo of the original broken piece with the new printed piece. It is as close to an exact duplicate as you can make in the critical areas. So far, I have logged many hours of use on the chair and it works great. It doesn't allow me to select the correct printer, but I used a DaVinci Mini W. Part was designed in Fusion 360
