Humbucker Baseplate PAF Spacing 49mm

Humbucker Baseplate PAF Spacing 49mm

This includes (currently) 3 model STL files for the following heights: Flat 0.25" legs 0.55" legs (what you mostly see on standard metal baseplates) I've also included the Rhino file if you want to modify the height to match a specific need, of if you'd like to change the hole distances to make this a trembucker baseplate. If time permits or people ask I may do it myself... but for now my only interest was in PAF spaced. As you can see in the picture, the model includes the, usually wood or plastic, spacer already. Suggestion: Print this with ProtoPasta's electrically conductive PLA and use a braided cable to have a baseplate that contributes to shielding like metal ones. Tabs take threaded inserts to accommodate the standard 3-48 pickup height screw. I'm yet to find heat or expansion fit inserts for plastics in this size (McMaster was no luck) so for now I plan to use something like this: https://www.huyett.com/Products/Fasteners/Thread-Inserts/Locking-Thread-Inserts/TIS-13533?searchText= Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .25 Infill: 30% Notes: Rafts and supports are only needed for non-flat version.
