The wife and I were tired of ants getting in our humming bird feeder. So I went to my CAD program and built this. This is designed so that none of the weight is on the 3D print. You just pass a nylon string through the small conduit with a knot on the bottom end, then just add water to the bowl. It doesn't really need it but if you want, you can add hot glue for extra security.
