Made this vaccination card holder just for fun, not very practical by any measure. Card dimensions are 148 mm by 105 mm (Hungarian mRNA card size). OpenSCAD file attached for easy customization. Not everything is parametrized, sorry for that :) I printed it in PLA at a 0.12 mm layer height on the Ender 3 v2 with a 30% infill (most of it is solid anyhow).
