I redesigned the Automower wheels for my 430x mower because the original ones break easily and come off... The soft part remained the same, but I redesigned one to be printed in TPU if needed. It takes some patience and I used PETG to have something that will resist moisture and grass. The bearings are the shielded ones, I put 2 ORs to make a seal and in the center cap I put a piece of stainless to make the OR work better Work is not finished... but one wheel is replaced and now I'm printing the second one with some small change (included in this STL).
