Hydro Garden Water Spout Cap

We have a Hydro Garden that the wife uses every year to grow vegetables. The original kit came with a 4' 1/2" stick of PVC that went from the pump to the top of the 5 tiers. It was then capped with a standard 1/2" PVC cap. The water was directed out of tiny holes at the top of the 4' PVC to make the water trickle down through the tiers. It was such a nightmare using this kind of setup as the water would spray out too far, or push the perlite rocks off the tier. The PVC had to be replaced every year due to sun rot, so remaking these holes would never turn out right. Hence I created this new cap to replace the standard PVC cap.
