A 2.5 ton rotorcraft based on the popular AS350 series with dual external liquid hydrogen tanks providing an endurance of 4 hours. A conventional turboshaft, Arriel 1D is converted to run on gaseous hydrogen. The rotor system is a novel design replacing the conventional swashplate and replacing it with high torque electric actuators providing individual blade control.
