Magnetic clip for keeping hose of hydration pack from swinging around. Only piece for bag strap for hose using original Hydrapac which matching piece have on another backpack. Designed for 11 mm button magnets I had laying around and 15 mm chest strap. Source file included, change to your needs. Post-Printing Remove supports, slide in magnet from side and using screwdriver throw hole in clip push it to front. Test correct magnetic polarization with hose piece. Take magnet to side, apply drop of glue inside and move magnet back. You Just add magnet to front to hold. Added second magnet to increase force, no need to glue this one. How I Designed This Nice example of iterative design 1st prototype: Clip to small, really hard to slide on strap. Too small magnet chamber 2nd prototype: Enlarged magnet chamber and space for strap. Too much material between magnets. Not holding enough. Strap buckle pushing hose of clip. v3: reduced front side thickness, added offset from strap, second magnet added to newly created space.
