Hydrospanner

Star Wars "hydrospanner" handheld prop makers use a length of 1/2-inch CPVC pipe to unite files. This off-white/tan material from hardware stores has an outer diameter of 16 millimeters and an inner diameter of 12 millimeters. I didn't include a basic cylinder in this design, as for most people, CPVC is easily accessible. If it's not, any cylinder with a 16-millimeter outer diameter will work to unify the parts.
