On-ear headsets may be very cost effective, but are very uncomfortable after about one hour of wearing them. I bought this $20 dollar Hype set and then designed some ear cup adapters so that I could wear them indefinitely. Go to Lowe's (or whatever hardware store) and plunk another 4 bucks on some foam backer rod and, voila... you just saved yourself a bundle of money by printing your own over-ear bluetooth headset! Nice. Here's the assembly vid: https://youtu.be/TTK4ELgyrSI And here's a vid of the headset in question (HY-10588): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykNjSsHNRps If you found this useful, please share your work and be sure to peruse my other submissions which are almost as varied as they are many: http://www.thingiverse.com/3E8/designs Enjoy! Sept 15th, 2016 update: Added a cushion for the top so that your poor pointy head doesn't have to suffer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1773052 Oct 21st, 2016 update: Added a couple ear-specific cups (left and right) that have an extra 'tilt' which makes them a bit more ergonomic.
