A sweet sword for the quiet protagonist of Hyper Light Drifter, one of the most beautiful games I think I have ever encountered. I designed it using the shot from the into cutscene, and with the drifter's fighting style, i took it to be a mix of a katana and a knight's sword. https://youtu.be/v9Cyf-5ncYk Print Settings Printer: monoprice maker select v2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .1mm Infill: 50% on the hilt and first blade piece, 20% on the rest of the blade. Notes: the first blade piece requires some special attention: print it upside down, so the part that goes in the hilt is facing up, and use supports on only the spikes, if you can. Post-Printing The parts fit tight, and that's intentional. If you put it together with a hammer, it should require no glue, but still be a swingable sword. If you're still having trouble, try submerging the part with a hole in hot water, but be careful, as you could quickly melt your print.
