UPDATE: Version 0v1 is a bit taller and I worked on the symmetry and cleaned up the base. Enjoy! I wanted to put a base on "George Hart's 3D Sculptures" hyperboloid ( http://www.thingiverse.com/image:40818 ), but I could not get it to render in OpenSCAD. So I cooked up this one. It looks a little like this one from MakeALot: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6917 Instructions As usual for my stuff, the curves are fine, the STL is huge and SkeinForge takes forever. Hey, 12,422,559 bytes for an S3G is overkill--even for me! Well, the good thing is that I give you the OpenSCAD so you can change it any way you want!
