HyperCube Diamond Hotend Mount with LJ18A3

This design modifies the standard Diamond Hotend Shield to fit on a HyperCube X-Carriage and an LJ18A3 (large) Proximity Sensor. It also accommodates two X-Endstop switches. I MacGyvered the LJ18A3 mount, because I saw no straightforward method. The mounting rings are designed without nuts, but one is used just to be safe.
