Hi, here is my mount for a direct drive E3D Titan for the Hypercube 3D printer. It is designed to be as compact as possible to stick to the original dimensions. Because of this the z endstop is not mounted directly to the carriage. You might use a end stop switch or see below for a solution with a proximity sensor. The airflow of the coldend fan is used for motor cooling in this design. The fan duct is a modified version of Thorped's i3 duct (see credits). It realizes a unidirectional airflow to the printed part. Part List - E3D Titan with E3D v6 Hotend - NEMA 17 Pancake Motor (20mm thick body, not 26mm) - 50x15 Radial Fan - M3 Nuts: 7x Standard or Nyloc - M3 Screws: 1x 20mm, 6x 10mm With source files made in Design Spark Mechanical.
