While building my own Hypercube, I chose parts I had on hand for the build and had to create/modify designs. I have listed them below:
- CR-10 Stock bed: Requires a different 15mm bed bracket with M4 holes and room for thumb screw- 18mm LCJ18A3 Capacitive ABL Sensor: Requires a mounting bracket located in a place which doesn't interfere with overall axes movement- 16mm OD Wiring loom: Requires mounting bracket to secure it to the frame- Z Nut Bracket: My hypercube required additional slot length on the nut bracket to correctly position the travel nut.
Design changes due to hardware mounting decisions:
- RAMPS 1.4 - Decided to mount the board to the frame instead of an acrylic sheet, as Scott did on his printer. This required me to design a mounting bracket with 50mm fan shroud to cool the DRV8825 step sticks.- Bed heater MOSFET: Designed a simple frame mount- Bowden Mount: Decided to mount to the Right Rear Top corner, so had to design a new mounting bracket (Pic shows the old version. Newer STL uploaded)- Power Supply: Decided to mount to the frame instead of an acrylic sheet, so had to design a mounting bracket similar to the one created by Tech2C for his 2020 build.- 12864 LCD: The LCD cannot be mounted to the bottom front of the frame using the existing FGSC mount as it interferes with the bed Z travel. Designed a new 20 deg. mount (It's mounted to the top rear of the frame in the picture, but can be mounted to the bottom front and will clear the bed)- Spool Holder Rod Clamp: Didn't like Tech2C's version where the M8 threaded rod is clamped with screws so designed a more robust version that mounts to the frame. Threaded rod is clamped with 2 M8 nuts, one on either side of the rod holder - The nut facing the frame sits in a recessed hole
Changes to the original X Carriage:
- Added 2 M3 mounting points in the rear between the belt clamps (Needs threaded insert)
Changes to Original Hotend Mount:
- Removed 12mm Sensor cutout
Z-Probe Offsets to program in Marlin:
X: 0Y: 75Z: 0

This STL file is compatible with most FDM 3D printers (Creality Ender 3, Prusa MK3S+, Bambu Lab, etc.) and resin printers (Elegoo, Anycubic). Check the original page for recommended print settings and materials.
This is a premium model priced at on myminifactory. Premium models often include higher detail, multiple parts, and print-tested files.
Most STL files can be modified using free software like Blender, TinkerCAD, or Meshmixer. Check the license on the original myminifactory page to see if modifications are permitted by the creator.
