I modified the Z axis carriage's original design by lengthening its arms and adding an additional set of mounting holes. I also widened the bearing location by 0.1 mm to enhance overall performance. The Clamps and Bearing Rod Supports have been retained, but presented here for your convenience. I prefer using 10mm bearing rods because they significantly increase the Z axis carriage's stiffness. The extended arms and extra mount points further reinforce the Z axis carriage's stability. To achieve optimal results, I recommend printing the bearing clamp in a horizontal orientation with supports in place within the square opening.
