Z-Carriage made to fit my HyperCube 3D Printer.http://www.thingiverse.com/make:286737 Had som nice name brand quality LM10LUU bearings laying around, and wanted better rigidity by using 10mm Z-rods. This carriage design aligns easy, but I also made a printable tool to aid mounting. My Z-Shaft Clamps:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2051280 Using 4 pcs of LM10LUU Bearings, and a ACME Nut Block for Lead screw. LM10UU also possible. Usable Z-height= 215mm (w/400mm Z-extrusions) Ahoy it´s 282,30mm wide!! Print Settings Printer: TEVO Black Widow Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 Microns Infill: 30% Notes: You need to be able to print at least 283mm wide parts! Printed in ABS from 3DNet.no
