I spent a lot of time searching for a mount that worked with my antenna setup. I tried 13 different versions because I wanted the antenna to come out of the back and also be far enough away from the battery for good signal reception. None of them really impressed me, but I'm okay with the final one. If only I had used the antenna mount designed by Kabab into the frame, I would have saved a lot of time. I've got a TBS Unify SMA Pigtail that I modified to save weight and get access to the square on the back of the mount. The final version I settled on is 20 degrees tilt printed out of PLA. There are four different mounts in the attached SKP file, including 7.5, 15, 20, and 25 degree options. You can check out my quad build at rotorbuilds.com/build/5524
