Hyperlite FlosStyle Battery Pad
thingiverse
Print in rubber PLA or similar material with 10-15% infill and 2 walls, plus top and bottom layers for some flexibility. This design isn't intended to be secured by the top plate screws alone, so I've used thin double-sided tape for mounting instead. It may work in TPU, but my available TPU is a bit stiff, and using two straps might not be necessary. However, I'm too lazy to experiment with more than one strap right now. Keep in mind that this won't match the performance of 3M pads, which are still the gold standard for battery retention. As an alternative, I use battery straps featuring rubber similar to 3M pads, helping prevent batteries from sliding around. Please don't be too hard on me if you accidentally eject a battery while using this design!
