Hyperlite top plate angled washer

Hyperlite top plate angled washer

The Pyro-Drone Hyperlite Evo top plate is attached normally with a locknut and wishful thinking. I printed a washer with a 30degree cutout to more firmly hold the plate in place. I printed with no supports, in the specified orientation and used an exacto to clean it up. You can use a drill bit to ream the hole out. I would suggest you use a needle file to angle the cutout on the carbon fiber to allow a deeper seat into the washer/bolt (full disclosure: This is a WIP because I haven't been able to fly this frame yet as I wait for all my parts) Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: %100 Notes: TPU
