HyperPixel 4.0 Pi case with slot for SD card

This is a remix of superwoodle's Hyperpixel Pi case. I've added a slot for the SD card so you can swap it without having to unscrew and remove the pi from the case. I've also added ventilation holes. Some people might not want them so I've uploaded three versions. All versions have the slot for the SD card. One has additional ventilation holes on the sides and underneath the case, one only has the ventilation underneath, and one is completely without, like superwoodles original design. The tolerances for the SD card slot are rather tight, so you need to screw the Pi properly in place. This will bring the Pi flush with the slot in the case. I deliberately designed it like this to avoid unnecessary gaps.
