HypoVent v2
thingiverse
Hey guys here's the new version of the panic attack mitigator. The basic principle remains intact except I've cleverly inverted the tubes so a sleeve can be slipped over the whole thing to prevent debris from entering through the vents. This design can be printed without supports, with the main tube facing upwards and the cap upside down. To utilize this device, breathe through it with the arrow pointing upwards - inhale and exhale through the device simultaneously. If you ever feel like you're not getting sufficient air, switch to exhaling solely through it. While not strictly necessary, these devices are extremely beneficial when printed with a glow-in-the-dark filament. This makes them easier to locate in a bag while panicking, and if it's dark, it'll provide a reassuring glow. Oh also, the small hole at the bottom is designed for attaching a keychain.
