Interested in kitchen design? Looking to remodel a kitchen but want to see it on more than a 3d CAD rendering? Want to make some cabinets and appliances as toys? Maybe filming a claymation and want some realistic props? You've come to the right place! I used to design kitchens at a big box retailer and one of the things I thought would have been useful was props or examples of cabinets to help customers understand spatially how things are arranged. I've created a series of common cabinets and sizes that I typically saw when quoting out kitchens. I haven't tried printing this one yet however if it's printed at 5% scale then it will match my other cabinet designs. I've included the Sketchup design file to allow people to lengthen or shorten their countertop as desired. At some point I will update this drawing to include mitered countertop pieces to help you turn the corners. Use a bold white or a striking color to set off your cabinets and finish the kitchen. Or take it to the next level and visit a local Home Depot/Lowe's/Menards store and grab some Formica samples and cut them to size for the counter color.
